This sweet girl was dropped off at my Dad’s work today, she is about 9months old based on her teeth and development. She will probably be a 35-40lb dog when fully grown and nourished. She has been very clearly abused, she’s covered in cuts and scrapes and a case of mange that needs to be treated. We cannot take her on, we have two dogs her size already and this house just can’t support her. She is a sweet dog who responds well to attention and just wants a little bit of love. If you or anyone you know is willing to help out this sweet girl in the Wichita, Kansas area, please contact me immediately so we can get her somewhere safe.
Even if you can’t help, please reblog and signal boost this sweet baby girl.

Resentment of the Day: Abercrombie CEO Criticized for Being Ugly in Many Ways
Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries is facing intense criticisms and mockeries after a news article criticizing his advocacy of anti-plus-size policy reached on the front page of Reddit last night. In an interviewwith Business Insider published last week, retail industry analyst Robin Lewis claimed that Jeffries was intentionally trying to exclude overweight customers from shopping at his store, saying “he doesn’t want larger people shopping in his store, he wants thin and beautiful people.” The article went on to note that Jeffries had previously stated in an interview with Salon in 2006 that the company was intentionally exlusionary and only wished to market to “cool kids.” Redditors were quick to point out Jeffries’ own lack of appeal, making a slew of images insulting his looks and comparing him to actors like Gary Busey.

Okay, just for fun — and I apologize for stretching anything. :/ I’m hoping that Tumbr magically puts these under a cut. Really.
I have so many people tell me that “NO, these aren’t Corgis,” because of their color, shape, and tail. Yep! They are, honest! My dogs are all Corgis. They are Cardigan Corgis, which is a different breed than all the Pembroke Corgis that most folks usually see.

Here’s Tempe, on a little growth progression from day one… last shot was taken a month ago. Yup, all corgi. The show photo was actually taken when she was out with a professional handler for a bit to go show in California with Caleb. Pardon her nose looking darker in that shot (it isn’t) same dog, she got sunburned really bad on a trip to the beach, poor kid and had to wear SPF 50 on her nose for the rest of the trip. :/ Yep, there’s some drawbacks to her cute little butterfly nose! ;)
Also - yes, Cardigans DO come in fluffy. It’s a coat fault - basically a recessive gene that causes them to have a non-standard fluffball of a coat. Doesn’t hurt the dogs at all, nothing wrong with it. In fact, you can test for it - Temperance carries the fluff gene but does not have a fluffy coat. Her brother and sister did- and then one sister doesn’t carry it at all. Kinda neat!
PREACH!!!!!
Cardigan corgis are corgis. Just look for the stumpers.
Dwarf dogs rule! Dogs with legs drool!
what a perfect beast
